Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping fees for US orders (subject to change) are as follows:

All orders $1.00-$199.99: $10

All orders $200.00+: Free Shipping

Once an order is processed, you can typically expect to receive your order between two to five business days.

We are currently processing international orders (subject to change) via USPS Priority Mail International to those locations where USPS currently ships. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size of the package and destination.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Soul of Jupiter is not responsible for lost packages or broken items. If you receive a damaged item, or your package is lost during shipping, please let us know right away. We will work with you to get a claim filed with USPS.

All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim. Please DO NOT dispose of the box, packing material, or merchandise.

If a claim is filed it will require pictures of the box, shipping label, packing material, receipt, and damaged goods. Failure to provide these pictures may also result in the denial of the claim.
